ANTI-Inflammatory / HIGH-Alkaline Grocery List
STAPLES TO INCLUDE IN YOUR WEEKLY GROCERY SHOPPING LIST TO SUPPORT ANTI-INFLAMMATION + A HEALTHY LIFESPAN
When thinking about what foods are best for our bodies, many of us become overwhelmed with the outside messages we are constantly being fed via social media. With so much conflicting information out there, it’s hard to decipher what information we should be living by, and what we should throw out or do away with. A large majority of people have lost sight of eating intuitively, and looking within for the answers. Many people are searching for someone else to provide them the answers, they want someone else to tell them what to do and when to do it.Â
Though nutrition is highly individual and unique to YOU and your body, there is a general solid base / foundation that serves each and every one of us, with the focus being on whole, nutrient dense foods from the earth. These foods specifically work to limit inflammation, while promoting a longer, healthier life, aka promoting longevity.Â
When we focus our diet on being anti-inflammatory and high alkalinity, we allow our bodies the opportunity to remain truly healthy and steer clear of disease. Rather than put our bodies into more stress with the food we consume, let alone the fast-paced, highly stimulating environments we’re in, we can support it’s healthy functioning by focusing on eating nourishing foods that create an alkaline environment within us.
Stress = inflammation = disease.
What we consume on a day-to-day basis is a HUGE driving factor in the quality of our health. If you’re looking for a simple, easy way to beginning creating a diet and kitchen full of foods that are meant to lower inflammation and create an alkaline environment in your body, where it becomes really difficult for sickness and disease to live and thrive, start with this grocery list below next time you make a grocery run for the week:
